"Frequently picnicking moleperson"

Emily J. Lawrence is a young college graduate, eating tears and rejection letters as she waits for a "real job." She spends her time creating sentences nobody has ever muttered, metaphors never thought of, and characters who take over. Her work can be found in A Capella Zoo, Hawk and Handsaw, Relief: A Journal of Christian Expression, and Glossolalia. She is an assistant editor at Literary Laundry and a book reviewer for Examiner.com.

Her blog, Buys Paper, Writes on Napkins is here.

"And the assistant editor of Moleperson"
"This is him"

"We here at Moleperson are deeply sorry you had to see that."

David loves all things strange. In his perfect story, reality would be bent to its breaking point. His favorite themes include magic piercing through the barriers of everyday life, the blending of sadness and happiness & their relationship to each other, the disintegration of the American family, and cats. As long as they're strange cats.

He dislikes stories devoid of emotion, plot, and character development. Creativity is his prime concern. Many people think literature is dying. That may be the biggest lie to ever sink its disease-ridden claws into our collective conscience. Art will never die. Ideas will never die. There is an unending well of originality from which artists can freely take. People tend to forget that. David encourages you to not merely drink from, but dive head first into this well!

David also likes Music, Japanese culture, and the word MuckDuck.
He dislikes pretension, the saxophone, and the word Wall.
